
I spent almost 4 years "trying" to get back into running and fitness on my own. Starting, stopping. Getting motivated, quitting. Feeling disappointed in myself more times than I can count.
Working with Kirsten changed that.
She did not throw me into some extreme plan. She met me exactly where I was, rebuilt my foundation, and focused on small, smart gains that actually stuck. Because of her, I am consistent again. I am stronger. I am running again, and more importantly-I trust my training again.
